What is mantra meditation?

Mantra meditation is a meditation where you specifically choose a mantra which you keep on reciting again and again till the time of your meditation.

  • This meditation is specifically made to train your subconscious mind.
  • By repeating the mantra again and again your mind tends to believe it as truth and you attract the same.
  • Most of the saints prefer this meditation as it directly guides our subconscious mind which plays a big role in our life.
  • For this, you have to choose a specific mantra according to your own things.
  • You have to take out one problem of your life, phrase a sentence in a positive way and note it down.
  • Now select a preferable time about how long can you do this meditation.
  • Sit in a comfortable position and proceed with this meditation and repeat every line with full of positive emotions.
  • The more you feel, The more you attract.
  • It’s an effective meditation but requires consistency and discipline.
